Rajeev’s fluency in Taxation & Secretarial Compliances is highly regarded within both the Academic and Business Fraternity. His proficiency in these areas allows him to navigate complex financial and business transactions with ease.
Rajeev is a special invitee member of IBBI & Valuation Committee of ICAI for FY 25-26 and actively contributes to the dissemination of knowledge and expertise by delivering eloquent speaking engagements and conducting regular training lectures on esteemed platforms. These include prestigious organizations such as the ICAI, ICSI, IICA, and RVO’s (Registered Valuer Organization).
Rajeev has over 12 years experience in various aspects of Finance and Banking. Rajeev has exposure to various industries with expertise in Food and Agro Sector. Rajeev has worked with Organisations like IDBI Bank Limited and HDFC Bank Limited. Rajeev is providing Finance and Banking Support services, advisory on Financial Restructuring and Management. Rajeev has special interest in mentoring the SME Sector in professional management of Finance.

Nidhi is an astute Human Resource professional with over 10 years of experience in Human Resource. Nidhi has exposure to both strategic and operational HR.
Nidhi brings 15 years of expertise in HR and people management to her role at R B N A. She has held leadership positions in this field, driving HR initiatives and strategies at the forefront. With a strong background in HR advisory, Nidhi has worked extensively on contemporary HR standards within various organizations.

Amit completed his Bachelor Degree of Commerce from Delhi University and associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is having rich experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Risk Based Internal Audits and Advisory on the Taxation matters , Due Diligence and in financial controls
He has Carrying out audits focusing on the areas that are prone to high risks including Revenue Leakages, Cost Control and Process Efficiency improvement/ optimization, Business Process Re-engineering. He has also cover and guide them to increase working efficiency, documentation and companies and reduce deficiency.
Amit has worked with many reputed CA Firms prior to joining R B N A & Associates LLP.
Nand Kishor is a qualified Management Accountant with over three years of experience in Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and a strong focus on GST compliance and litigation support.
He brings valuable expertise in handling statutory audits, tax assessments, GST return filings, and departmental representations. His experience spans advisory and compliance assignments for clients across diverse sectors, where he has contributed to strengthening financial controls and ensuring regulatory adherence.
